  • To make a purchase, select “credit” and swipe the card to bypass PIN.  
  • We strongly suggest that you register your card at pncprepaidcard.com using the instructions provided. To make a purchase online, it must be registered. If you lose your card, it can be replaced if it is registered. 
  • Use this card as soon as you can! 
  • There is a dormancy fee of $3.00 per month if you don’t use it within a certain timeframe. 
  • If your card is not used, PNC will close the card, even if it has not expired. If your card is registered, PNC will mail you a check for the remaining amount on the card. 
  • Please refer to the PNC details enclosed with your card for more information. 
  • You can withdraw the funds on the card for no fees using a PNC ATM.
